Is Perrier The Best Bottled Water?

I love drinking sparkling/carbonated water. So I was reading up on the different types tonight. Apparently few are naturally carbonated. One that is supposedly the best is Perrier. It seems they separate the gases and filter them for impurities and then recombine the gas with the water at bottling. The claim being the finished product is the same in the bottle as it is at the spring. Cleaner of course.

Quote From Source:

One of Perrier's most distinguishing attributes is its carbonation, which comes from a naturally occurring source found deep beneath the spring. This begins as volcanic gases, trapped within the geologic strata. Originally, these natural gases met and mingled together with the spring underground, rising at a constant pressure and temperature (60 degrees Fahrenheit).

Quote From Source:

Both the water and natural carbonic gas are now captured independently. They come from isolated points at different depths, within the same geologic formation. Before they come together for bottling, a filter is used to remove any natural impurities in the gas. "Once combined in the bottling process, the level of carbonation found in a Perrier bottle is exactly as it is at the spring."

I'm not a fan of carbonated (naturally or not) anything, so I don't understand the appeal, but the natural process sounds really cool and intriguing!

Also, about 45 mins from where I live is the Hall of Waters, I've been to this place and it's truly amazing to see all the different type of fine water (who knew!?!) There is a really cool spa that's in the same historic building.

I'll stick with Dasani. Tastes like Fiji and half of the price.
