The only time I've ever had duck, I thought it tasted like beef, only sweeter. Maybe it was goose instead? The sister in law's husband killed and ate all kinds of things so they might have confused the two.

Looks like a lot of oil on it, no?

The only duck I've had was at Paris's Charles DeGaulle Airport. Air France gave away my confirmed seat, and to compensate me, they gave me a food certificate that I used at the main restaurant in the international terminal.

That meal also included the best creme brulee I ever had.
