Smoked Tri-Tip

I was going to go to the local butcher and see if I could pick up a tri tip and smoke it tomorrow. Any suggestions? If I don't hear back, I'll post what I did. My initial idea is a super simple rub of black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then smoked with hickory @ 220ish until the internal temps are 140 or so.

I never got around to it, but the Rosemary and Paprika suggestion sound good.
